Parkour

Parkour

I would advice to keep it safe, especially in the beginning

And before starting I'd advice to do a warm up and first get some training
and experience

Parkour is going somewhere through a complex environment with urban or natural obstacles as fast and efficient as possible.

Interesting parkour trainings and or competitions:

A parkourse with urban and or natural obstacles or hard to reach places where you need to touch the places
With or without time

Getting from place A to B with urban and or natural obstacles or hard to clear spaces as fast
and efficient as possible

Going from A to B as liniear as possible

One chases the other and tries to touch him
So one in persuit and one on the run

Don't touch the ground
