For toughening.
Hitting the body with the palms of the hands, for multiple times. At certain areas, like the chest, abdominals, upperarms and forearms and the upperlegs.
It will also turn the skin red.
Fist wraps.
And also protecting the interphalangeal joints.
If needed, when for example, going to punch through certain kinds of material.
-Mainly when going to punch through plate wood, when a hole will be punched, only.

Just using a professional winding method which will also protect the interphalangeal joints.
Also winding those joints, for one time.
Extra: Maybe winding them for 2-3 times, but I still have to test that.
Gripping cardboard with one hand and making it smaller.
Making cardboard into a square, rectangle or ball like shape with one hand.
-And it might be important that the cardboard is of a good quality
