Turning body 90 degree and automatic switch hit
-Left leg forward, 90 degree turn of the body to the right, to right leg forward
-Right leg forward, 90 degree turn of the body to the left, to left leg forward
Might be very useful if the opponent makes a lot of angles and if you
mastered switch hitting. Then you can just power punch very quickly with the
arm at the side of the rear leg.

Switch hitting drill
One normal stance punch then one punch in the other stance
with only a 90 degree change sort to speak, no step, only turning the body

Make angle and use rebound to punch

If opponent evades to what could be towards your right punch, right hook for example
and you do a right hook it might hit extra hard.
