Boxing notes

90 degree turn and switch hit
180 degree turn and switch hit

-

Turning body 90 degree and automatic switch hit
-Left leg forward, 90 degree turn of the body to the right, to right leg forward
-Right leg forward, 90 degree turn of the body to the left, to left leg forward

Might be very useful if the opponent makes a lot of angles and if you
mastered switch hitting. Then you can just power punch very quickly with the
arm at the side of the rear leg.

-

Switch hitting drill
One normal stance punch then one punch in the other stance
with only a 90 degree change sort to speak, no step, only turning the body

-

Evade and make angle

-

Make angle and use rebound to punch

-

If opponent evades to what could be towards your right punch, right hook for example
and you do a right hook it might hit extra hard.

-

Shifting is faster
-Going forwards while changing the front leg

-

Distance control
-Controlling the distance

-

Timing and distance

-

Pummeling uppercuts
 I haven't tested these yet

Wrist all the way backwards to the right position for hitting
-Also using wrist power and more range of motion, momentum etc.

Warning: If done incorrectly it can be dangerous for the wrist.

-

Punch heavy bag, when heavy bag returns

Extra: With a heavy bag standard this can be better for power punch, the standart will take less of a hit

-

Other names uppercut: Undercut and upper(punch).

-

Arm against the opponents forearm, holding his forearm back and then a knockout punch.
